Services

Another Iceland provides travel services including self-drive tour packages, guided and independent activities, motorhome rentals, and accommodation bookings. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

Depending on the nature of your booking, Another Iceland acts as both principal and travel agent. The applicable role will be clearly indicated in your booking confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and the required deposit or full payment. By completing a booking, the lead traveller accepts these Terms on behalf of all members of the travel party.

Payment Payments are processed in euros (€) via Visa or MasterCard. A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation.

Traveller Responsibilities

It is your sole responsibility to hold valid travel documents — including a passport and any required visa — for entry into Iceland. Another Iceland accepts no liability for denied entry or consequences arising from insufficient documentation.

Liability

Another Iceland operates as a travel agent and intermediary. We are not liable for loss, damage, accidents, illness, or itinerary changes resulting from weather conditions, volcanic activity, industrial action, flight disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions before your departure.

Complaints

Any complaints should be directed to the relevant supplier immediately upon occurrence. Formal complaints may be submitted to Another Iceland within 30 days of your departure from Iceland by emailing info@anothericeland.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Icelandic courts.

Consumers in Iceland also have the right to lodge complaints with the Icelandic Consumer Disputes Committee (Notendastofnun).

Amendments

Another Iceland reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
