      General Terms & Cancellation Policy

      Another Iceland is a fully licensed travel agency operating under the approval of the Icelandic Tourist Board. We offer a carefully curated selection of self-drive tours and travel services designed to deliver the finest Iceland experience — at the best possible value.

      The following terms and conditions govern all bookings made through anothericeland.com. By completing a booking, you enter into a binding agreement with Another Iceland and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. We strongly recommend reviewing them carefully before proceeding.

      Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking summary by email. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if anything requires clarification.

      Self-Drive Tours

      Self-drive packages include accommodation and car rental. Payment is processed in euros (€) via Visa or MasterCard.

      Payment Schedule A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to the tour start date.

      Cancellation Fees

      48 hours or less before departure 20% of the tour price

      Cancellation periods are calculated excluding the arrival date. Each week is counted as seven (7) days. Changes to group bookings may result in price adjustments for remaining participants.

      Flight delays or cancellations are not covered by Another Iceland, and no compensation will be provided for travel disruptions originating from airlines or third-party carriers.

      Motorhome Rentals

      Age & License Requirements Minimum age: 22 years. Maximum age: 75 years. A valid driving license held for at least two years is required.

      A 30% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due six weeks before the trip. Special early-bird rates require full payment at time of booking.

      Another Iceland acts as a facilitator between the renter and the vehicle supplier. The supplier holds sole responsibility for fulfilling the rental agreement.

      Accommodations in Iceland are clean and well-maintained, though rooms tend to be more compact than typical European or North American standards — this is part of the authentic Icelandic experience.
